Q1: My jar lid has an odd size. Can you match it exactly?
Yes. Send us your lid‘s inner diameter (ID) drawing or a physical sample. We‘ll make a gasket that fits within 0.1mm tolerance. If it doesn‘t fit, we remake it at no cost.
Q2: Do your gaskets have FDA certification?
Our raw silicone material is FDA and LFGB compliant for food contact. Finished gaskets can be tested according to your requirement, and we‘ll provide the test report with your shipment.
Q3: My current gaskets leak during shipping. How do you solve that?
We analyze your jar’s closure design and recommend the optimal hardness and cross-section shape. We also offer gaskets with a sealing lip design that creates extra compression force when the lid is tightened.
Q4: What‘s your MOQ for custom gaskets?
MOQ from 5,000 pcs for standard sizes. For first trial orders, we can go as low as 1,000-2,000 pcs to validate the fit and seal.
Q5: How fast can I get a sample?
Sample available in 7-10 days after drawing approval. Tooling cost starts from $150, refundable upon bulk order.
